SHIPPING POLICY

Your Complete Satisfaction is our goal everyday at McDaniel's Greenhouse.. In the event you need to return an item our policies are:

 

Merchandise Returns: McDaniel's Greenhouse will gladly accept any non-plant item returned in the original packaging accompanied with the original register receipt is eligible for a full refund to the original tender within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days and accompanied with the original register receipt is subject to management approval and upon approval refunded as a store credit only. Any merchandise returned without a receipt is subject to management approval and upon approval refunded at the lowest selling price as a store credit only. Returns of items deemed defective will be exchanged for a replacement item or store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges allowed on Clearance merchandise.

 

Plant Returns: Plants purchased from our greenhouse or nursery may be returned within 72 hours accompanied by the original register receipt and in the original pot or container it was purchased in. In addition, the plant must have never been planted and have been properly cared for and be in resalable condition.

 

Annuals/Vegetables/Tropical Plants/House Plants/ Seasonal Plants (Easter lilies, Mums, Poinsettias): McDaniel's Greenhouse does not offer any guarantee on these types of plants. If you are having any performance issues with these plants please contact any of our experts as soon as possible so we may work to determine the issue and rectify the problem.
